| Kotori sits on the back of Fuuma's bicycle as Kamui helps her home. Stealing furtive glances at him from the bicycle seat, she is comforted by Kamui's kindness towards her. Once back home Kotori apologizes that Kamui could not see her father and wonders if he could perhaps make Fuuma's basketball game tomorrow? Kamui says he isn't interested. Crestfallen, Kotori apologizes for being selfish and sadly watches him walk away. |
| Watching from the shrine rooftop, Sorata remarks that Kamui should be niced to Kotori, there aren't that many cute and nice girls like that around. He quickly turns towards Arashi and says that of course she is one of them too! Arashi says nothing in reply. Sorata jumps to his feet, she really is beautiful. And she's a priestess too! She must look so good in her traditional clothing. Though being the "hidden priestess" of Ise shrine, she would only wear it in emergency situations. Arashi turns to him startled. He only continues. The priestess of Ise is the protector of the shrine. She weilds the powers of the spirits of the shrine, and the true spiritual offering of the shrine is hidden in her body. Arashi turns to glare at him upon which he only remarks again on how beautiful she is. |
| The basketball game has started, but Fuuma's team is down 10 to 46! The team wonders what is wrong as he is not on his normal game today. Fuuma goes to take a drink and then notices Kamui standing in the back of the bleachers near the window of the auditorium. |
| Watching the game from the rooftop of a nearby building, Sorata remarks that Kamui has a hidden good side afterall. Though with the burden of such a heavy destiny on his shoulders, he can't really blame Kamui. Compared to him, Sorata is so much more optimistic. Arashi asks if that is true. She had heard rumors of the boy raised by the Stargazer at Kouya, that his powers were said to rival that of it's founder. Sorata laughs, so much praise will make him blush. |
